The "Regulations" pointed out that the occupational health management of wooden furniture manufacturing enterprises in our city implements a scoring system. The scoring cycle is 12 months. From January 1 to December 31 of each year, the safety supervision department will score the wooden furniture manufacturing enterprises within the jurisdiction, supervise the rectification within a time limit, and organize the review. It is automatically cleared, otherwise the score will not be cleared and will be automatically transferred to the next cycle. The annual scores of wooden furniture manufacturing enterprises will serve as an important reference for the safety assessment, classification and grading supervision of safety production. For enterprises that have reached 12 points or more in the scoring cycle, the safety supervision department will order the operation to stop the occupational disease hazard according to law. If the governance still fails to meet the national occupational health standards and health requirements, the local government is required to order it to be closed. Enterprises with two consecutive annual scores of 12 points are deemed to have no national occupational health standards and health requirements, and the municipal (district) safety supervision bureaus shall request the local government to order closure. In addition, the company's accumulated scores in the scoring cycle of 6 points or more and 12 points or less are listed as key supervision enterprises. By adopting measures such as listing supervision, increasing inspection frequency and interviews, the company supervises and warns enterprises to implement the main responsibility of occupational disease prevention and control. According to the different situations and severity of occupational health violations, the scores corresponding to each occupational health violation are different. For example, 12 points for newly added occupational disease cases, 6 points for painting operations without separate painting booths, personal protective equipment that meets the standards for workers, and occupational health surveillance files for workers not established. At least 3 points for the evaluation of the status quo of occupational hazards, no full-time occupational health management personnel, no occupational disease prevention management system and operational procedures, and occupational health-related knowledge training for workers before and during their employment.
