Several nitrogen fertilizer application methods

1. Ammonium bicarbonate: suitable for all kinds of soils and crops. It should be used as base fertilizer. Pay attention to deep application of soil when topdressing.

2. Urea: Urea is suitable for all kinds of soils and crops. It can be used as base fertilizer, top dressing and foliar spray (spraying concentration is 1-2%). Appropriate advancement should be made when topdressing.

3. Ammonium chloride: Acidic soil, saline-alkali land and chlorine-free crops (fruit trees, tobacco, etc.) should not be applied with ammonium chloride. Ammonium chloride is a better nitrogen fertilizer in paddy fields. The application of ammonium chloride should be combined with watering, and ammonium chloride should not be applied as a seed fertilizer.

4. Ammonium nitrate: Ammonium nitrate is suitable for topdressing of dry crops, and it is economical to apply in small portions. It is not suitable for application in paddy fields, and it is not suitable for base fertilizer and seed fertilizer application.
