Symptoms and causes The disease usually occurs within 1 to 2 weeks after sowing. After the disease occurs, there is a thick musty smell in the mushroom house. Initially, white hyphae are formed on the surface and material of the culture material, and the aerial hyphae are vertical. On the material surface, up to 5 cm. Thereafter, the mycelium of the olive green mold is converted into olive green or brown size such as rapeseed ascospore, which is produced on the culture material. The ascospore cotton is soft and has no hardness, and the surface is uneven, and its symptoms are different from that of the fish. The culture material at the place where the disease occurs is black, sticky and has a very mild moldy smell, and the growth of mushroom hyphae in the affected part is severely inhibited. The mushroom house where the disease usually occurs is accompanied by more ghost parasites and brown gypsum mold. The cause of the disease was mainly due to the unreasonable formula of the culture material; the fermentation process was not scientific; the planting season was improperly arranged.
Comprehensive prevention measures The pathogens of Chlorophyll are mainly derived from the culture materials of mushrooms. The high residual ammonia content, high humidity, poor permeability and high ambient temperature are the main factors that induce the disease. Once the disease occurs, there are currently no good drugs to control. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate a comprehensive prevention and treatment method for the disease around the entire preparation process of the mushroom culture material.
1. Use fresh and mold-free materials as culture materials, reasonably prepare the carbon/nitrogen ratio of culture materials, reduce the input of chemical fertilizers, and increase the amount of bio-organic compound fertilizer.
2. According to the local climatic conditions, scientifically and rationally arrange the sowing date and the composting period of the culture material, and let the culture material absorb enough water before starting the pile.
3. Improve the fermentation process. Improve the quality of the pre-fermentation pile-up and sowing pile; the post-fermentation pasteurization temperature should be controlled as much as possible between 58 °C and 62 °C, try not to exceed 65 °C, and the time should not be too long, between 8 and 10 hours. It is advisable; the temperature in the post-fermentation culture stage should not rise and fall, should be controlled between 46 °C and 48 °C, the time should be sufficient, and pay attention to ventilation and oxygen supply, so that free ammonia is converted into bacterial protein.
4. If the water content of the culture material is high and the ammonia smell is heavy after the end of fermentation, the following methods may be used as appropriate. First, the shed will be re-cultivated until it is qualified; the second is to increase the intensity of ventilation and overturning, so that the moisture and ammonia smell can be dissipated. When the material is dry, formaldehyde or superphosphate can be used to fix ammonia.
5. When olive green mold occurs, it should be treated according to the severity of the disease. If a small amount of sporadic occurrence occurs, it can be manually removed; if a large area occurs above the whole bed, the bed material should be re-pasteurized once.
