After the completion of the capital increase, the registered capital of Jiangxi Shentian was changed to 48 million yuan, and Zhongnan Diamond directly and indirectly held 100% of the equity of Jiangxi Shentian. Jiangxi Shentian has also become the grandson of Jiangnan Red Arrow.

Jiangxi Shentian is a company mainly engaged in the production and sales of graphite products, high-purity graphite, electrodes, silicon carbide, recarburizers, diamond materials, and furnace materials (excluding dangerous goods) (except for special projects in the above projects).
