There are three types of sterilization methods:
1. Hot water circulation type sterilization: When the food is sterilized, all the food in the pot is soaked by hot water. In this way, the heat distribution is relatively uniform.
2. Steam-type sterilization: After the food is put into the pot, it is not added with water first, but directly into the steam to heat up. Since the air in the pot will appear cold during the sterilization process, the heat distribution in this way is not the most uniform.
3, water-based sterilization: This method uses a nozzle or a spray pipe to spray hot water onto the food. The sterilization process is carried out by spraying nozzles on both sides or the top of the sterilization pot. Hot water to the surface of the food, so not only the temperature is uniform and no dead angle, but also the temperature and cooling rate is rapid, can fully, quickly and stably sterilize the products in the pot, especially suitable for the sterilization of soft packaged food. 1. Mainly choose from temperature control accuracy and heat distribution uniformity. If the product requires strict temperature, especially for export products, because the heat distribution is very uniform, computer automatic sterilization pot should be selected as much as possible. The computer semi-automatic sterilization pot temperature control and pressure control are the same as the computer automatic, but the price is 1/3 of the computer automatic. Generally, an electric semi-automatic sterilization pot can be selected. The manual sterilization pot has high sterilization difficulty, and the temperature control and pressure control are all done manually. The appearance of the food is difficult to grasp, and the can (bag) and the crushing rate are high.
2. If the product is a gas-containing package or the product appearance requirements are relatively strict, you should choose a computer-automatic or computer semi-automatic sterilization pot.
3, if the product is a glass bottle or tinplate, because the temperature rise and temperature reduction requirements are controllable, so try not to choose a double-layer sterilization pot.
4. If you consider energy saving, you can choose double-layer sterilization kettle, which is characterized in that the upper tank is a hot water tank, the lower tank is a treatment tank, and the hot water of the upper tank is reused, which can save a lot of steam, and is suitable for daily output exceeding 10 tons. Food production enterprise.
5. If the output is small or there is no boiler, you can consider using the electric steam dual-purpose sterilization pot. The principle is that the steam is generated by electric heating of the lower tank and the upper tank is sterilized.
6. If the product has a high viscosity and the product needs to be rotated during the sterilization process, you should choose a rotary sterilization pot.
