During the inspection, it was found that some of the 14 bags of bulk foods, including Niu Langhan, which was sold in bulk in the store, beef in bulk, beef stew made from braised beef, etc., were not labelled with the production date, shelf life, etc. of the food in accordance with the relevant regulations. It's a "packaging date."

After investigation, this so-called “packaging date” refers to the days when the supermarkets repacked these bulk foods after they were purchased. In the investigation, law enforcement officers discovered that one of the most outrageous bags of food had a "packaging date" that was more than a month after purchase.

"If consumers mistakenly believe that this is a production date during the purchase process, then it will be possible for them to buy expired food without knowing it.

The production date of the label or the fact that it is not true has violated the provisions of the Food Safety Law. In bulk food, the marked production date is inconsistent with the in-store purchase record. That is, the production date on the labels of these bulk food packaging bags may not be accurate.
