The sampling items include 137 indicators such as heavy metals, pesticide residues, food additives, and microbial indicators.

Among them, 98 batches of vegetables were sampled, and the number of unqualified samples was 2 batches. The unqualified sample rate was 2.04%. The unqualified test items were acetamiprid and fipronil. According to the results of the sampling, a batch of chicken carp samples sampled at Shanghai Jincheng Farmers Market Management Co., Ltd. (No. 47 booth) was found to be unqualified, with a standard value of 1 mg/kg and a test result of 3.33 mg/kg. . A batch of green vegetables sampled by Shanghai Jiading Tesco Life Shopping Co., Ltd. was found to be unqualified for fipronil. The standard value was 0.02 mg/kg, and the test result was 0.10 mg/kg, which was 5 times the upper limit of the standard value.

According to reports, acetamiprid is a new insecticide , fipronil is a phenylpyrazole insecticide, although acetamiprid and fipronil can be used for vegetables, but the dose and safety interval must be controlled. Production enterprises and farmers should strictly abide by the safe use of pesticides and harvest them during the safety interval to avoid excessive pesticide residues.

In addition, 14 batches of vegetable products and 29 batches of edible fungi were sampled, and no unqualified samples were found.

The Shanghai Food and Drug Administration has taken measures to remove and recall unqualified foods according to law, and has investigated and dealt with enterprises that produce unqualified food.

The Shanghai Food and Drug Administration reminded that the general vegetables should be washed with water for at least 3-6 times, then immersed in light salt water and rinsed again. For the packaged vegetables, you can cut them first, soak them in clear water for 1-2 hours, then rinse them with water to remove the residual pesticides. For bean vegetables, it is best to use boiling water before boiling or burning in the pot to remove some pesticides. Or washing vegetables with rice water can remove some pesticides left on vegetables.
