Liaodong Branch puts forward requirements for the construction of "emergency risk avoidance system" in technological transformation coal mines

Recently, the Liaodong Branch made four requirements for the “emergency hedging system” to coal mining companies, design departments, and local regulatory authorities at the three technical transformation coal mine safety review conferences at the Beacon City Shuangli Coal Mine:

First, the coal mine underground "emergency emergency protection system" must carry out special design, a single bank.

Second, the coal mine underground "emergency emergency protection system" in principle with the safety design for the same design unit.

Third, if the design unit of the "emergency emergency avoidance system" of coal mines and the design unit of a safety special article are not the same unit, they shall not show content that is inconsistent.

Fourth, strictly abide by the "three simultaneous" requirements, the coal mine underground "emergency emergency protection system" must be designed together with the main project at the same time, construction, and put into use.
