Peng Yong: Before the first step in our company's informatization was to do OA and ERP, but now the main focus is the production management system, which is more emphasis on the production process and business records. In the current stage, our information department hopes to provide more support to management and meet more management needs, and allows management to see more detailed data, such as management needs companies in detail in the financial On the production data and so on.

Peng Yong: At present, we have been using Pan-micro OA. Peng Yong: First of all, I believe that informationization is not as good as possible. It depends on the company's demand for informatization, and it must enable the existing system to fully play its role. Generally, we use the following three points to measure whether it meets the needs of the business sector: 1. Regular interviews. We regularly conduct interviews with business units, and use interviews to understand the use of information systems in the business sector.
