In July, 70,413 tons of unsold aluminum and aluminum materials were imported

According to the latest customs data, China’s unforged copper and copper imports rose by 9.5% month-on-month to 306,626 tons in July.

According to data released by the General Administration of Customs of China on August 10, China did not forge 306,626 tons of copper and copper imports in July, which was 9.5% higher than the 280,009 tons in June; July imports of scrap copper were 430,000 tons, which is higher than 420,000 tons in June.

The customs also stated that 70,413 tons of aluminum and aluminum materials that had not been forged in July were higher than 64,491 tons in June; and the imported aluminum was 220,000 tons in July, which was lower than 240,000 tons in June.

In addition, China exported 82,023 tons of unwrought aluminum in July, up from 59,166 tons in June.
