The eco-hotel is next to a silk factory with a complete set of printing and dyeing equipment such as boilers, dyeing machines and drying rooms. After receiving the report, the reporter once went to the silk factory twice and found that the door was closed, and it was difficult to observe the scene inside. On the third visit, at around 10:00 am, the chimneys of the silk factory were smoking, which proved that it was under construction. At this time, the postman delivered the newspaper. Someone inside came out to open the door and the reporter was allowed to enter the factory. The person who opened the door was therefore beaten by the person in charge.

“We need dyed silk yarn to be dyed by Yiwu's printing and dyeing factories. Only one white color is used in the factory.” After learning that the reporter came, the head of the silk factory told reporters that they were specializing in silk thread. printing and dyeing. After the silk was dyed in Yiwu, it was dried again. This was the reason why the printing and dyeing facilities such as boilers and drying rooms were installed in the factory.

According to the person in charge, the chimney in the factory was mainly used for drying and white printing, so the pollution was not great. The scale of production in the factory is also not large. There is only one set of twister and two employees. There is no need for effluent to be discharged at all, so no permit was issued. The reporter saw that the twister was placed in a large bungalow with a relatively large area. It was true that only two women workers were adjusting the twister.

"We call it a silk factory. It's a line. It's not a printing and dyeing factory. The kind of dyeing cloth is called a printing and dyeing factory." The reporter and the responsible person circled together in the factory and found that there was a large boiler. There were three steam pipes on the top of the boiler. One went to the drying room and two to the printing and dyeing machine. The drying room contained grass green and orange. There are several kinds of colored threads, and there is a roller type machine on the side, which is filled with silk yarns whose color is not very clear. Only one of the two dyeing machines should be working. However, through the glass full of moisture, the threads in the printing machine do not have any color. There is a faucet outlet at the bottom of the printing machine. It can be seen that the water in the printing machine is discharged directly into the gutter.

“The pollution of our plant is mainly air pollution caused by burning coal. However, now the business is not good. It is often closed down. A coal cart pulls in. Sometimes it takes two months to burn. The pollution caused is not even as good as some baths. They are four. In five days a coal will be burned,” said the person in charge, and the drying room was mainly used for the drying of silk yarn after printing and dyeing in Yiwu. The printing and dyeing machine was used for printing and dyeing white silk yarn, with almost no pollution.

However, on the table of a small room, the reporter found seven or eight small glass bottles of various colors. The wall of the bottle was covered with tape. The words, such as bright yellow and orange, were written on it. of. It is unclear what kind of colorants should be used in the factory.

Because these printing and dyeing workshops have no regular factory name, they will not hang the label outside the door. It was difficult to hear the sound of machines inside.

It turned out that the printing and dyeing workshop was not in the villa but behind the villa. It was already on another road. According to industry insiders, the pollution of printing and dyeing is mainly five major: First, wastewater generated during the scouring process, containing a lot of detergents, alkali chemicals and chemical pulp and pectin; Second, the wastewater generated during the dyeing process, mainly Dye, colored wastewater, surfactant; Third, the waste water produced during the printing process, mainly dyes, pulp; Fourth, the waste water produced during the finishing process, mainly containing formaldehyde finishing liquid, a small amount of waste gas during the drying process; Steam boiler pollution, mainly cinder and boiler flue exhaust.

In an interview with the reporter, a person in charge of a silk factory stated that there are now four similar silk factories in Dongyang downtown. In addition to Renmin Road and Minhe Road, there is one in the opposite of the Mall and Zhongshan Road, and three of them belong to the rent. In the factory building, one is in his own house. To be sure, none of them has a permit for emissions.

"It takes a lot of money to do a sewage permit now. It's impossible for a small workshop like us to do it. A large-scale enterprise must have a permit to discharge pollutants." According to a person in charge of a silk factory, a sewage treatment project is now done. The license must be at least 600,000 yuan, and the private transfer has already exceeded 1 million yuan. Such an investment is not a big business simply cannot afford. Moreover, the entire printing and dyeing industry is now sluggish. The silk factory has no money to make. On the one hand, raw materials are rising. When they are bought, they are expensive. On the other hand, they are vicious competitions from peers. When they are sold, prices are reduced and the price is not going up. "Now, everyone is in a jealous manner. It's better to go in the past. If you don't pass, you close the door. Who will consider environmental protection?"
