5, the production environment of the mushroom air humidity is too high, the water temperature is too high when the bacteria bar is hydrating, too much water, high temperature sultry weather, poor ventilation and other reasons lead to bacteria rods rotten.

6. After picking mushrooms, the mushroom roots are not cleaned up in time. For those who do not have complete color change, the mushroom sticks and the mushroom pickers are not skilled.
