In order for two sources of energy to co-exist, two converters, two battery cells, and a more robust device structure are usually required. It is not easy to solve the problem of system durability. Russian scholars Valery Pelevalov and Leonid Primark have developed a special structural device. In this device, the solar panel can be used completely and smoothly with the wind turbine. In the circuit diagram helped by the Moscow Energy Institute, the electrical energy emitted by two different sources merged almost without loss. Dr. Valery Pelevarov, deputy director of the Moscow Institute of Technology, stated that Russia is a special country in the use of renewable energy. The average wind speed here is lower than that of leading power producers such as Denmark, so foreign R&D results are very poorly adapted in Russia. Traditionally, Russia has been using coal and natural gas as a fuel source for electricity generation. Therefore, to attract everyone's interest, the new device should be easier to use than all known similar products. It is reported that this research achievement has withstood the test of the 80-meter/second blast. The researchers threw it from different heights to different surfaces, but the solar panels were not damaged. At present, a number of experimental devices are in production. They have already passed field tests in the states of Kaliningrad and western Russia. The production is also arranged there. It is planned that by the end of 2017, the first industrial devices will be manufactured. Potential customers have already appeared in this project. The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia has issued a letter of inquiry to supply 500 sets of devices.
