The heat-bonding method, temperature compounding method and room-temperature solid-phase compounding method were used to produce three kinds of layered thermal bimetal composite materials. Thermal bimetallic strips combine strength, specific bending, temperature curvature and elastic modulus, and mastered the production technology of room temperature solid-phase composite hot bimetallic strips and thermal bimetal thermal characteristics control technology, and obtained a thickness of 1.5mm. The new type of heat-sensitive bimetallic cold-rolled strip, which has been installed by aerospace companies, can completely meet the technical requirements and have a good temperature compensation effect. At present, the material has been used in practice.

This technology is mature and stable, and can achieve batch and stable production. The annual output can reach 300 tons.
