First, the assembly process of the motor rolling bearing

Assembly principle: According to the bearing structure, size, working conditions and the matching properties of the bearing components, the pressure during assembly should be directly applied to the end face of the ferrule to be matched, and the pressure is not allowed to pass through the rolling elements.

1. Press-fit assembly method: use copper rods and handcuffs to tap (also can be used to make tooling tires according to the size of the shaft and hole). It should be symmetrical in a certain order, and must be hit on the seat with interference. And evenly when knocking, avoid the weak parts of the inner and outer rings of the bearing.

It can also be pressed by a press, which is the same as the above method, but pay attention to even pressing and not skewing.

2, temperature difference assembly method: rolling bearings are allowed to be heated by oil, the temperature of the oil should be between 100 ~ 120 ° C (plastic isolation ring must not exceed 100 ° C), the bearing should be placed when the oil is cold, not allowed to the bearing and the bottom of the heating container and When the wall is in contact, the oil temperature gradually rises. When it reaches the temperature, it is quickly taken out, set on the shaft diameter of the package, and naturally cooled to check whether it is installed in place.

3, power frequency induction heater: commonly known as bearing heater, the current assembly method is more advanced, and reduce pollution.

Second, should pay attention to matters

1. No matter which method is used, you should pay attention to the operation according to the principle and requirements. You must follow the procedure and make the original record.

2. After the assembly is completed, the results must be reviewed according to the working conditions, and the gap adjustment should be made to ensure the bearing clearance and meet the requirements for use.

3. The adjustment of rolling bearing clearance is generally adopted:

1 gasket adjustment, by changing the thickness of the gasket at the bearing cover, using the lead, feeler gauge, caliper measurement, etc., to measure the average value, select the appropriate gasket to meet the requirements;

2 Screw adjustment: tighten the screw to the shaft and tighten it, then return the screw to a certain distance according to the required clearance (calculate the angle of reverse screwing according to the distance and pitch);

3 Feeling adjustment: Under the working condition with lower precision, the bearing is properly tightened by experience, the shaft is used for rotation, and the thickness of the gasket is adjusted by the experience and the axial and radial clearance.
