The 203 designers innovatively adopted special materials with high temperature resistance to overcome the high temperature defects of commonly used materials in a specific use environment. At the same time, the insulating support of the connector adopts a ceramic substrate. By optimizing the design and material selection, the high temperature resistance of the connector product is ensured, which lays a foundation for the successful development of a 1000°C high temperature cable assembly. From the selection of materials to the optimization of the design, the precision of the connector is achieved with high precision, thus ensuring the electrical performance of the connector. In the assembly process of the cable assembly, solder welding is no longer used because common soldering will begin to melt when the temperature reaches around 200°C. In order to make the designed cable assembly meet the technical requirements of high temperature resistance, laser welding is adopted during assembly, and the connector and the coaxial cable are well fused together through instant high temperature to complete the assembly of the entire cable assembly. The successful development of this cable assembly has filled the blank of domestic high-temperature resistant 1000°C cable assemblies, and the product performance has reached the domestic leading level.
