Floating intersecting small hole inner and outer hole chamfering cutter
There is a part in the H series supercharger produced by our factory (Fig. 1). The small hole of 6-φ2.4mm intersects with the hole. The φ2.4mm small hole is chamfered by 0.5×45°. In the past, the scraper was used. Tools such as boring tools, with low production efficiency and unsatisfactory quality, have once become one of the difficulties in production. To this end, we have designed a floating small-hole chamfering tool that can be manually operated or clamped on a drill press, which significantly improves production efficiency and quality.
