It has light weight, thermal insulation and high pressure resistance. It is resistant to water and has a fire resistance rating of B2. The physical properties are shown in Table 1. The system uses the adhesive nail method to fix the extruded board to the outer surface of the wall (post-installation), with the polymer mortar as the protective layer and the alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh as the reinforcing layer. When carrying out thermal insulation transformation of existing buildings, the original outer wall surface layer shall be thoroughly cleaned to expose the surface of the base wall and repaired and leveled. When the flatness of the outer wall is poor, the base layer needs to be leveled. Apply a strip of 50mm width around the insulation board of the point method, and then evenly apply 6~8 round cake adhesives with a thickness of 10mm and a diameter of 100mm in the center of the insulation board. When pasting, gently and evenly squeeze to ensure the flatness of the board surface. If the gap of the insulation board is more than 2mm due to cutting, etc., the adhesive mortar in the gap should be removed, and the appropriate small piece should be cut and ground with the XPS board. Immediately after applying the adhesive, the insulation board is placed vertically upwards and the horizontally aligned seams are attached to the wall. The paste insulation board should be laid horizontally from bottom to top, and the upper and lower layers are staggered in the horizontal direction. The upper and lower rows of vertical misalignment should be 1/2 of the length of the insulation board, the minimum size of the gap is 200mm, and the movement is fast. The insulation boards should be squeezed tightly. If there is adhesive residue between the joints, they should be removed immediately, leaving no gaps between the boards. When the insulation board is attached to the wall, the flatness should be checked with a 2m ruler to ensure that the entire wall is flat. The surface of the insulation board is flat. In order to further ensure the flatness of the surface of the thermal insulation board, it is necessary to use a flat trowel to pat the surface of the thermal insulation board and level it so as to be in close contact with the wall. In particular, the joints of the insulation board must be flat. If it is not flat, it needs to be polished and brushed to remove debris and other dust from the grinding operation. Install fixed insulation bolts. After the insulation board is firmly adhered (usually after 24h), the subsequent installation of the fixed thermal insulation bolts should be carried out. Generally, the installation should be completed within 8h~24h. The installation points shall be arranged according to the design requirements. The diameter of the fixed insulation bolts and the anchoring depth shall be determined according to the design requirements. Note 1 The insulation board with the adhesive should not be left for use to prevent the adhesive from solidifying and losing the bonding effect. 2 At the corner of the wall, the size should be arranged first, and the insulation board should be cut so that it is vertically staggered when pasted, ensuring that the yin and yang angles are smooth and vertical. 3 When pasting the male corner around the window frame and the male corner of the outer wall, the reference line should be ejected first, as the basis for controlling the vertical angle of the vertical angle. 4 There is no adhesive in the joint of the insulation board. 5 Sticking the insulation board at the door and window opening should cover the insulation board with the glass fiber mesh cloth and the adhesive. For the connection between the outer shelf and the wall, 100mm should be left around the hole, and the surface of the extruded benzene board should also be left with 100mm without the surface layer mortar. 35 Filling holes and repairs When the scaffolding is removed, the holes in the connection point with the wall should be filled immediately and flattened with cement mortar. First, pre-cut a piece of insulation board with the same size as the hole and polish the edge part, and apply the 8mm thick adhesive on the back of the insulation board. Care should be taken not to apply adhesive on the four sides. The insulation board is stuffed and adhered to the substrate. Cut a piece of reinforced fiberglass mesh, the size of which should cover the entire cavity area, and overlap with the original fiberglass mesh at least 50mm. Apply the adhesive to the surface of the insulation board and embed the reinforced fiberglass mesh. Do not apply adhesive to the surrounding surface coating. Use a small wet brush to flatten the surface irregularities and flatten the edges. 3.6 After the special surface of the decorative surface layer is fully cured, the decorative surface layer can be constructed. The decorative surface is coated with paint, colored mortar, tile, etc., and decorated according to the corresponding construction process. 4 Construction problems In the construction of external walls, the process requires construction of sunshade and shelter, which increases the manpower and material costs and increases the construction difficulty. After the main body of the single building is constructed, the wall requires natural drying time is too long, and it is difficult to ensure sufficient drying time. In the process of benzene board sticking, due to the manual operation, the surface of the benzene board has local unevenness and flatness error, especially the gray line and window shape of the façade affect the overall look and feel effect. The surface of the glass fiber mesh paste has irregularities on the surface of the joint, and there is a problem of surface flatness, which has a certain influence on the overall surface effect. When the external wall insulation system is constructed, the construction of wall lines, window sills, etc. is difficult, and it may become a "cold bridge."
