1. Cleaning
After the stator winding is removed, the slot cleaning work should be carried out to clean up the remaining insulation in the stator core slot. You can use a hacksaw blade to make a slotting saw or grind one end into a sharp blade to remove the remaining insulation, and blow the slot clean with compressed air or a leather tiger.
2. Winding of coil

The key to making a winding die is the determination of the size of the core. The size of the core is not suitable. If it is too small, it may cause difficulty in wire embedding, or even unable to embed the wire. Long and touch the iron core or end cover. Therefore, the core size must be correctly determined.
3. Coil winding
The coils of the stator winding of the small three-phase asynchronous motor are all wound on the winding machine with a winding die, usually wound according to the pole phase group, and finally connected. For three-phase asynchronous motors with low power, due to the smaller size of the stator winding and the thinner wire diameter, it can be wound on a hand-winding machine.
Four, embedded wire
The first slot should be selected correctly. Theoretically, since the stator core of the motor is circular, it can be determined which slot is the first slot; but in fact, if the first slot is not set properly, it will cause the six wire ends drawn after the wire is finished. The outlet is too far, wasting copper wire and insulating sleeve.
Five, plastic surgery
First, check whether the interphase insulation material of the joint between the two ends of the winding and the phase is intact, and then shape the two ends of the winding. You can use a wooden board to pad the end of the winding and gently tap with a wooden hand hammer. It is to make the ends arranged in order, neat and beautiful, which is conducive to ventilation and heat dissipation.
6. Wiring
Connect the leading ends of each coil group into a one-phase winding as shown in the figure. After the three-phase windings are connected, there are six outlet terminals U1, U2, V1, V2, W1, W2. The six lead wires are led out from the outlet hole and connected to the junction box of the base.
Seven, test
(1) The test of three-phase winding wiring checks whether the connection of the three-phase winding is correct and whether the number of magnetic poles is correct.
8. Dipping and drying
The purpose of the paint dipping treatment is to improve the insulation strength, heat resistance, moisture resistance and heat dissipation capacity of the winding. The winding should be dried after the paint dipping. A relatively strong paint film is formed on the surface of the winding.
