How to do the lubrication of the oil pump motor bearings?
In production, oil pump motors have been widely used in production as an energy-saving power source. The motor bearing that plays a supporting role in the oil pump motor becomes a very important part of the motor, so the life of the motor bearing also becomes an important parameter of the life of the motor. For some high-voltage and high-power motors, the life of the bearings has become the bottleneck of the life of the motor. Therefore, a good motor bearing lubrication is of great significance for improving the life of the motor and saving costs. Next, Dalan Motor Xiaobian gave you an explanation about the choice of oil for the pump motor.
The variety and size of the motor are numerous. The choice of lubricant for the motor depends on the bearing type, the number of revolutions, the temperature, and the load.
Sliding bearings are commonly used in small motors. Oil storage tanks or oil pools are provided in the bearing housings. The oil ring and the oil chain are used. The oil ring is lubricated in the bushings. It is also lubricated with oil ropes to keep the oil durable. The life expectancy is 20000-4000H.
Medium-sized motor multi-purpose rolling bearings (Ф Ф 25mm or more), lubricated with grease, usually filled with grease at one time (the bearing is filled with about 1/2 grease, and then cleaned and replaced after one year).
Rolling bearings or plain bearings may be used in large motors. Both types of lubricants may be used. Generally, plain bearings are lubricated with oil and rolling bearings are lubricated with grease.
For some motors with lower power: the power is less than 20~30KW. Before the factory, the motor bearings are filled with grease, mainly some greases such as butter, so users will be used in the future. No additional grease is required. This approach is mainly based on the fact that the designer has calculated that the service life of the bearing is greater than the service life of other components at the time of design, so there is no need to relubricate it. So the main objects we focus on here are some high-powered motors and some motors that work under harsh conditions.
When the motor outputs the torque, the bearing at the front and rear ends of the motor is not the same. Because the front bearing of the motor not only has to bear the output torque of the motor but also the counter-torque of the working machine, the front bearing is more resistant than the rear bearing. The large working force is also more prone to wear, so in production we are concerned about the front bearing of the motor. Sliding bearings and rolling bearings are mainly used in actual production. Sliding bearings are mainly used in high-speed heavy-duty and parts with large impact and vibration, such as high-power high-speed motors, or in some low-speed but high-load shocks, such as mud rollers and some oil-cooled drums. In addition to the above-mentioned situation, the sliding bearing is preferred, and rolling bearings can be used in other places. Therefore, in motors with lower power and motors with higher speed but less impact, rolling bearings are generally used. In high-power and high-impact motors, for example, in large exhaust fans and dust-removing fans, sliding is preferred. Bearings can greatly increase the service life of the bearings.
The lubrication method is different for different bearings. In actual production, high-speed high-speed heavy-duty sliding bearings are mostly lubricated by oil pump oil circulation, which are mainly divided into liquid friction lubrication and non-liquid contact lubrication, while liquid friction lubrication requires very high precision for sliding bearings. This effect can be achieved under certain conditions. Although its frictional resistance coefficient is only 0.001 to 0.003, its price is very expensive, so in most cases, non-liquid contact lubrication is used, and the friction coefficient is 0.1~. Between 0.3.
The advantages of oil pump oil circulation lubrication are:
First, the lubrication situation is ideal, and the service life of the bearing can be improved, and the heat generated in the bearing can be taken away in time while the oil is continuously circulating;
Second, the oil is not only circulated and filtered, but it is not easy to form dirt inside the bearing, so that the working environment of the bearing is improved;
Third, the replacement of lubricants is also very convenient, no need to disassemble the bearings. In some low-speed heavy-duty sliding bearings, the oil groove is generally opened on the bearing bush, and it is lubricated by timing grease. Generally, the speed of the motor is large, so the lubrication method is not used.
Xiaobian wants to tell the lubrication when the motor uses rolling bearings. Firstly, we can determine whether to use lubricating oil or grease according to the value of Dm·n: Dm refers to the maximum diameter of the bearing mm, and n refers to the maximum motor. Rotation speed r/min. When Dm·n<200000mm·r/min~300,000mm·r/min, it is mainly lubricated with grease. When Dm·n is larger than it, it should be lubricated with oil. When immersed in oil, it is mainly guaranteed that the oil level is between 1/2 and 2/3 of the entire ball height, and the oil is changed periodically. In production, we mainly use grease lubrication, generally used 3# lithium base grease, the principle of lubrication is to open oil holes on the upper and lower ends of the bearing, according to the manufacturer's instructions when the fuel cycle is reached, use the fuel pump Or a manual grease gun to add grease from the upper filler hole until the new oil is squeezed out at the lower oil hole.
