Assembly Accuracy Assuring a certain degree of assembly accuracy is the fundamental task of assembling equipment for steel bar bending machines. The practical experience of the repair work of the steel bar bending machine proves that even if the parts themselves have high precision, if the assembly process does not match, is unreasonable, or the assembly technique is rough, the required accuracy required by the steel bar bending machine cannot be achieved, and it cannot meet the production operation With product quality standards.
Assembly accuracy refers to the degree of conformity of the quality and technical requirements and specifications of the parts after assembly, including the matching accuracy, position accuracy, distance accuracy, motion accuracy and contact accuracy of the parts. There are three main factors that affect assembly accuracy:
(1) The quality of the processing and repair of the parts themselves.
(2) Selection, operation and assembly methods during assembly.
(3) Quality inspection and coordination adjustment after assembly.
Assembly methods There are three main operation methods to obtain ideal assembly accuracy: adjustment method, repair method and interchange method. The commonly used assembly methods, operation process content and applicable scope are shown in Table 7-160
